Hi Colin, I have just read your narrative “a voyage around my family” and from that believe we have shared ancestry. I descend from The Scribe of Amsterdam as you do and am shortly going to London to visit in area in which my ancestors lived in the 1800s (Philip Nathan and Joseph Nathan who is the grandson and great grandson of The Scribe respectively).
